Aden took 10 steps today and tuned 11 months old Sunday!

Yeah Aden!

Our new dining table and chairs :)

Our new dining table and chairs. Can you belive that I got the table for $36.00? True story, I it was a light colored wood with a spot on it where the varnish had been rubbed off. I painted it and I think it looks pretty good and matches our African living room. :) I got the chairs for about $13.00 a piece too:) We sold our other table and made quite a bit of money. What a blessing :)

Aden took his first steps on Wednesday!

Yeah Aden! We are so excited for him, his spider bites are doing a lot better and he has 7 teeth. He can say about 6 words and do about 6 signs. He can clap too! It is really adorable :)

Swimming in Pocatello

My sister Christina called me last week and invited Aden and I to join her and her two kids at the Pocatello zoo and this great swimming place across the street. It only cost $5 to get in and it had a lazy river, fun leap frog pad that you hold on to a net and jump to the next one to get across the pool, an adult pool and a really fun childrens pool. I would highly recommend it and hope we can bring Eric again this summer!

Wonderful roses FOR my wondeful husband!

Who said men don't like getting flowers? Well my man is a horticulture major and he loves plants and flowers. I decided to suprise him with a 18 beautiful roses in a glass vase this week.

Halloween is around the corner!

I found Aden a cute halloween costume a week ago :) Eric and I are going to be hunny bee's to match :)

Riding with my nieces and nephews at the carousel!

My Grandma had a number of tickets to the carousel and invited me and my sisters to come bring our kids and take a few rides. After 2 rides and moving horses and turning around I started feeling a little sick. It was really fun and Aden was just trying to soak it all in. :)

Aden's Spider Bites

I went to enrichment Tuesday night and left Eric to put Aden to bed. He played with him and gave him a bath and then put him in his Pajama's. Well just after he put on his clothes Aden started crying and swatting at his left side of his body. Eric thought he might have a bug in his ear so he went and cleaned it out. Aden stoped crying and I came home a minuet later.

So he was a little Momma's boy that night and the next morning. Well we slept in with a few breaks until 1pm. I was suprised he slept that much.

Then about 3 pm when I was changing his diaper I took off his onzie that he had underneath his clothes and saw these marks.

I took him to the doctor and he said his best guess is a hobo or a brown recluse bit him 2-3 times. We are guessing the spider was in his clothes when Eric put them on.

So we went and got him some medicine and they wrote the wrong amount on the bottle. They wrote 7.5 mls of antibiotic instead of 2.5 mls.

I called the pharmist because I thought that it was too much and I was right. What a crazy day. Aden is doing fine and they are getting better I think.

Park City

My parents own a condo and invited us to park city for a party! Eric and my little brother Nathan did awesome on the Fast and the Furious Race car game.
This was the 18 years and older pool. It was warmer then a pool and cooler then a hot tub with a awesome waterfall at the end. It was only about 3 1/2 feet deep so your could swim or walk through it. They also had two sauna's and a spa on the other side.

Here we are after our little swim trip. Aden slept through the whole thing. :)

Here is our beautiful room
Here is my Mom and Dad in the pool

Here is Aden snoozin away

I got a new swim suit and it worked great. A tanki that actually doesn't roll up when you swim.
Here is my Brother and his cute little family. Tayven's first time swimming!

Aden had a lot of fun with his Uncles and Grandparents!

Nathan smoked us at everything we played him in. Here Eric and Him are in the championship. We had a lot of fun! Thanks for inviting us Mom and Dad!
